About Me

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Masters Degree in Business Taxation and over 18 years of experience in the fields of taxation and accounting. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from California State University, Fresno in 2006. I later earned my Master's in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California's Leventhal School of Accounting in 2012. 

My professional experience includes working in both tax and audit at Deloitte & Touche, a leading Big Four accounting firm, as well as nine years of service with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In 2018, I founded Modglin CPA Inc., where I specialize in providing a wide range of service, including:
