About Me

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Masters Degree in Business Taxation. I have been practicing taxation and accounting for 18 years. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 2006 from California State University Fresno. I graduated from the University of Southern California's Leventhal School of Accounting with my Masters in Business Taxation in 2012. I have experience working in both tax and audit at a Big Four Accounting Firm, Deloitte and Touche, and nine years of experience working at the Internal Revenue Service. I founded Modglin CPA Inc in 2018. I provide the following services:
